Work on creating a boutique hotel in a Victorian bank building is progressing.
Setha Chipping Norton Ltd was converting the former HSBC bank at 18-19 Market Place into a 31-room hotel, bar, lounge and restaurant.
However, the company went into liquidation in July and the project was relaunched.
The locally listed building in Chipping Norton was previously occupied by HSBC, until the bank left in May 2017.
The existing building will be reconfigured and refurbished and three sunken pavilions in the rear garden will house 14 new hotel rooms reached by a new walkway.

The extended main building will accommodate 17 hotel rooms, the receptions areas, the restaurant, meeting rooms and back of house areas.
Rich in history, the building dates back to the late 19th century and was purpose built for Midland Bank, which became part of HSBC.
Period features included a banking hall which rose through two storeys.
After HSBC left the site, ethical phone, mobile and broadband provider The Phone Co-op moved in for a period in July 2017.
Real estate company Setha Group was granted planning permission in 2020.
A planning statement on behalf of Setha said the hotel will create 36 jobs and the scheme "would provide a high-quality piece of contemporary architecture", as well as "attract tourists, boost expenditure in the town centre and give public access to a vacant private building that risked abandonment and decay."
